Julie has been practicing yoga for years. Her willingness to share her gifts is what prompted her to teach, offering Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga and Restorative classes. Personal growth and transformation among her students and herself are what inspire her to teach classes with an open hearted, graceful and fun loving manner. Her students range from young children to older adults. Julie will be the first to tell you though, that she equally loves being a student of yoga and general fitness. Her list of certifications include Yoga Fit, Child Light Yoga, AFAA, Level II Reiki, and Silver Sneakers. She has had extensive training in many areas including Pilates, Barre, Zumba and Cross-Fit. She attends regular workshops and has plans for furthering her education so she can continue helping others progress on their paths. Currently, Julie teaches morning classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays as well as occasional Sunday Special classes (Restorative or Gentle Flow).
