MOMMY & ME YOGA Class is coming!
I need five moms to sign up to make this class a go!!!

Four Week Session - Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m.
September 7, 14, 21 and 28.

    A playful yoga class where moms and little ones of any age can connect physically and emotionally, learning some basic yoga with modifications as necessary.

     School agers will yoga alongside mom, babies are either held or are on the mat.  Toddlers can do a little of both (or maybe they run circles since they can be unpredictable, but we don't worry about that!) 
    Cost is $40 for mom and one child, $45 for mom and two children.
    Must be paid in advance, cash or check is okay or.....payments accepted via PayPal (see the drop down     menu at bottom of this page)!

Looking for some Yoga?  

   Monday night at 7:15PM - All Level Hatha Practice.  Undo the damage of your daily work. Learn to be still and to move, to stretch and strengthen and to find comfort in your body and peace in your mind.

   Thursday Morning at 8:00AM - Gentle Yoga. Reduce some of those arthritic annoyances. Warm up your muscles, bring space to your joints and learn some healing yoga practices.

   Thursday night at 7:45PM - PiYo Class. It's Pilates + yoga + nonstop movement! You'll sweat, stretch and strengthen-- all in one workout. Define exactly how you want to look -- and feel. No weights. No bulk. Just hardcore results.  

   Sunday, August 14th at 11:00AM - Meditation Class. Heather of Serene Intentions will guide you to find your inner happiness so you can bring it out!

 

Looking for a work out?

Zumba! Wednesdays at 7:00PM or Saturday mornings at 7:50AM! This is one popular class where you can dance, have fun and burn calories! Get your party on two times a week with Annette.

 

Cycling! Wednesday 6:00PM Night Rides with LaGrange Yoga Cycling Club!  If interested, email Jeannette at LaGrangeYoga@gmail.com. You will be added to the Cycling email list. We plan the ride and confirm the night before via email. 

 

Boot Camp:  Now three mornings M-W-F at 9:00AM for August!  Julie is rocking it out with Meta Fit High Intensity Interval Training routines. 

 

SilverSneakers:   10:00AM on M-W-F!  Join this group of very active senior citizens as they find strength, build muscle and experience a great sense of community!

 

 

  

When it comes to working out, there are three things to concentrate upon: Flexibility, Strength and Cardio. Our classes offer you those three necessary elements and more: 

Our yoga classes focus on stretching, breathing and balance, overall strength building and core work, teaching you how to calm your body, bring relief to your problem areas and find that elusive mind/body connection. 

Our kickboxing classes incorporate strength training as well as cardio, helping you improve your stamina, burn calories and become strong. We also pay special attention to abs, arms, legs and butts with weights and floor exercises. 

Our CIRCUIT work outs and Spartacus classes are high-intensity circuits designed to get your heart pumping and build strength while you torch fat and define chest, abs, arms, legs and butt. These classes end with a little more abdominal work and then delicious yoga stretching. 

Sunday Specialty Classes provide a huge range of new things to try such as finding peace and relaxation with Restorative Yoga, learning to protect yourself with Self-Defense, enjoying a fun-filled date night at Couple’s Yoga and more… Come and see for yourself!
