Looking for some Yoga?  

   Monday night at 7:15PM - All Level Hatha Practice.  Undo the damage of your daily work. Learn to be still and to move, to stretch and strengthen and to find comfort in your body and peace in your mind, taught by Jeannette Benjamin.

   Tuesday nights 7:00PM at LCCC Ridge Campus:   University Partnership Ridge Center.  Taught by Lisa Morrison. Please contact Lisa directly at  This popular class is a steal and Lisa is one talented instructor, very educated in yoga, yoga therapy and such an amazing soul.

 Thursday Morning at 8:00AM - Gentle Yoga. Reduce some of those arthritic annoyances. Warm up your muscles, bring space to your joints and learn some healing yoga practices, taught by Jeannette Benjamin.

   Thursday night at 7:45PM - PiYo Class. It's Pilates + yoga + nonstop movement! You'll sweat, stretch and strengthen-- all in one workout. Define exactly how you want to look -- and feel. No weights. No bulk. Just hardcore results, taught by Christel Rybicki. 

      Sunday, February 26 at 11:00AM - Meditation Class. Heather Sherrill of Serene Intentions is passionate about meditation and very educated in the subject.  She will guide you to find your inner happiness.

  Looking for a work out?

 6:30 PM Mondays - Cardio Kick Boxing - We kick it up a notch and throw in some circuit training as well. Abs, arms, butt and thighs are never neglected!  Best thing - if you do the Kick Boxing class and then stay for the Yoga that immediately follows at 7:15, no charge for the yoga!!!  Woo Hoo. Our way of giving back to this great community, both classes taught by Jeannette Benjamin.

 6:00 PM Wednesdays - Spin Class - Spots available for 7 students. This 45 minute workout will take you from set up and warm up to several series of sprints, climbs, hills and more. Class concludes with yoga style stretching. Due to the limited number of spots, participants must pre-pay and reserve their bikes in advance. Call Jeannette at 440-213-8933 to hold your spot!  

 Zumba! Wednesdays at 7:00PM or Saturday mornings at 7:50AM! This is one popular class where you can dance, have fun and burn calories! Get your party on two times a week with Annette Anost.

 Fit and Fabulous 50 (FF50) at 9:30AM Thursday mornings - A great 50 minute Community Class offered at an incredibly low rate of $5 per class, taught by Julie VanMeter!!!  Come to Jeannette's Gentle Yoga at 8 and stay for Julie's FF50 at 9:30!


 SilverSneakers:   10:00AM on M-W-F!  Join this group of very active senior citizens as they find strength, build muscle and experience a great sense of community, taught by Julie VanMeter!




When it comes to working out, there are three things to concentrate upon: Flexibility, Strength and Cardio. Our classes offer you those three necessary elements and more: 

Our yoga classes focus on stretching, breathing and balance, overall strength building and core work, teaching you how to calm your body, bring relief to your problem areas and find that elusive mind/body connection. 

Our kickboxing classes incorporate strength training as well as cardio, helping you improve your stamina, burn calories and become strong. We also pay special attention to abs, arms, legs and butts with weights and floor exercises. 

Our CIRCUIT work outs and Spartacus classes are high-intensity circuits designed to get your heart pumping and build strength while you torch fat and define chest, abs, arms, legs and butt. These classes end with a little more abdominal work and then delicious yoga stretching. 

Sunday Specialty Classes provide a huge range of new things to try such as finding peace and relaxation with Restorative Yoga, learning to protect yourself with Self-Defense, enjoying a fun-filled date night at Couple’s Yoga and more… Come and see for yourself!
